These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the SecurHUB website available at www.securhub.pl (the “Website”). By using the Website, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, please do not use the Website.

Website – the SecurHUB website available at www.securhub.pl.
User – any person using the Website.

Services – the cybersecurity services offered by the Service Provider.
Content – all materials published on the Website, including articles, graphics, and multimedia.

3. Scope of Services

The Website provides cybersecurity information services, including:

Publishing articles and news on IT security.
Presenting the cybersecurity services on offer.
Providing a way to contact the SecurHUB team.

The detailed terms for providing paid cybersecurity services are agreed individually and set out in separate agreements.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, photos, and audio and video materials, is protected by copyright and is the property of the Service Provider or is used under appropriate licenses.

Copying, modifying, distributing, or using the Website’s content for commercial purposes without the Service Provider’s prior written consent is prohibited. Quoting excerpts of the content is permitted, provided that the source is cited.

5. Rules for Using the Website

The User agrees to:

Use the Website in accordance with applicable law and good practice.

10. Final Provisions

Matters not governed by these Terms of Service are subject to the provisions of Polish law. Any disputes arising from the use of the Website will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider’s registered office.
